Our mission was to create an integrated online solution which enables effortless MOT appointment bookings, while providing a hub for accessing vital information and notifications about past and upcoming car services. After meticulous research and iterative improvement, we achieved a refined final design. This design harmonizes user-centric booking functionality for MOT appointments with a comprehensive repository of vehicle service records and proactive scheduling alerts. The journey encompassed in-depth user analysis, iterative UI enhancements and responsive adaptation to technological trends. In summary, the project resulted in an elegant, user-focused platform seamlessly catering to MOT appointments and car service management. We've meticulously crafted the user journey for scheduling appointments at a garage. Users can seamlessly navigate through their car's service history and access details on both past maintenance and upcoming appointments. This extension adds a comprehensive layer to the app, providing users with a holistic view of their vehicle's maintenance timeline.
